We are pleased to launch the new and improved National Enterprise Network website on this, the first day of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2011.

The site has been designed to reflect our new brand identity and looks to raise awareness of our activity as the membership body for those committed to the support and development of enterprise.

New developments see a real time feed to our social media activity on Twitter and the top of each page displays icons offering access links to our LinkedIn Forum, Twitter, Slide Share account and RSS feeds – meaning that visitors can access the very latest details of our activity from wherever they are on the site.

The popular ‘Find local business support’ tool is still included on the site, accessible from the homepage.  Using Google Maps functionality, this displays details as to our members location and the areas they cover for business support, advice and training.

New content to the site will be added in the coming weeks and months, enabling us to demonstrate in more detail the focuses the organisation has on representing you in the enterprise support sector.  We will also be showcasing news from our members, sharing details as to some of the fantastic initiatives our members undertake to support start-ups and existing small businesses.

We’d really like site visitors to interact with us through this site and our wider social media activity – so please follow us on Twitter and say hello or comment on our future blogs outlining our news and views on the enterprise support sector and the opportunities and challenges it faces at this current time.
