NFEA’s departing CEO has said in a recent Telegraph article that the end of Business Link funding in November risks failing start-ups.

In his last week in post at the end of April 2011, George Derbyshire was interviewed by the Telegraph’s enterprise editor Richard Tyler, in which he reiterated that the reduction of funding for business advice would significantly affect the number of new business start ups – hindering the Prime Minister’s goals of using enterprise as an improvement tool and making a difference at a social level too.
