National Enterprise Network, representing many of the country’s enterprise agencies, has welcomed the confirmation from the Chancellor that funding for small businesses, which has previously been available through European Funding, will continue to be made available through the British Business Bank on the exit of the UK from the EU. Furthermore, the extension of the Start Up Loan funding to 2021 will mean that loans to start up businesses will continue to be made available through some enterprise agencies.
