A detailed look at each of the Award Categories

Enterprise Support Organisation of the Year (for both under and over £750k turnover)

We want to recognise organisations that have worked hard to establish or maintain recognition and impact within their local communities this year. We want to see those sustainable business models that are enabling your organisation to continue your enterprise support for the longer term future.

Please note – two awards are made within this category dependent on turnover – above or below £750,000.

Innovation in Education Award: NEW

Enterprise activity reaches far and wide. This year, we want to recognise the growing work in educational settings to bring enterprise into their environment. We welcome applications from outside the traditional NEN membership for this newly launched category; to showcase enterprise endeavours in an educational setting. Or if you’re a member working with an education provider – showcase that partnership to us here.

Enterprise Engagement Award

Can you show how you’ve collaborated in your communities or commercially to bring greater enterprise benefits? What amazing activity are you undertaking that engages with your clients, or stakeholders, or local community in a high impact way. Whether it’s engaging through social media, newsletters, your website, online portals, face-to-face or over the phone, demonstrate to us what’s worked effectively for you and prove the impact its had.

Enterprise Impact Award: NEW

We know the work of enterprise support organisations makes a difference to hundreds of clients across the country each and every day. What’s that one amazing case study that you’re most proud of this year? We’ve opened up a brand new category so that you and that client can together apply for this new category; showcase your partnership and demonstrate how your work has transformed the life and the business of that client.

Enterprise Support Champion of the Year – NEW

There’s nothing like a person passionate about enterprise. This is a chance for NEN members and wider enterprise stakeholders to highlight that one person who’s done amazing things in support of enterprise this year. Do you have an Unsung Hero in the team who delivers above and beyond? Has a Board member brought about significant enterprise impact or has a client you’ve worked with become a wider enterprise advocate? This is your chance to recognise them.
