The STANTA Board has announced that Nigel Farren will become its new Executive Director.
Nigel’s remit is to take STANTA forward on both the premises and advice, with a focus on increasing income so they can develop new services and increase the number of businesses and charities helped.
Nigel has 35 years of experience in establishing and growing businesses, building one into a market leader in Europe. Prior to joining STANTA, he was the owner of Enterprise Hertfordshire, which provides business support services to start-ups and SMEs in the county. Other former responsibilities include Head of UK Corporate Banking for a world top 10 bank; European Managing Director for a world-leading publisher and CEO of a social enterprise in the energy sector.
Nigel is looking forward to meeting STANTA clients, licensees and partners contributing towards the growth of the business support services in the St Albans District and beyond.
